Why Me

Most leadership coaching focuses on strategy. Most mindfulness training focuses on calm. I work at the intersection of both; because real leadership requires clarity and composure, at the same time.I bring a rare combination of over 20 years of corporate leadership experience and as a certified mindfulness trainer. I’ve worked with founders and leaders of large and small teams across both public and private sectors with clients including Metrolinx, UHN and American Express. Through 1:1 coaching and interactive group learning my approach is direct, practical, and grounded in real situations, not theory.Together, we focus on what’s actually in front of you, so you can make clear decisions, communicate with confidence, and lead with calm, self-trust under pressure.
